Underground utilities pose some of the most unique and challenging problems in the construction industry. Over the years, North Santiam Paving has gained valuable experience in installing underground utilities while overcoming these challenges. Some of the situations we commonly deal with are unstable ground, high ground water levels, existing utility and infrastructure conflicts, and limited site access. NSP has the equipment, expertise and innovation to take on these complex projects.

Left: One of our crews sets a large precast panel for an underground storm water vault in Albany. The high ground water and poor soils of the area required a slide rail shoring system. This system helped keep our crews safe while keeping the impact on our surroundings to a minimum.
